How I stay motivated to run

I get outside to run pretty regularly, and am often asked how in the world I commit myself to it to get out there (even in the cold) — today on thekit.ca I share a few of the ways that help keep me from slacking off.
(It’s a good reminder for me, too, as I have a few runs to catch up on for this week!)
