The three-minute workout
March 6, 2012
This weekend I have to run 29k, which will take meĀ about three hours. Three hours! (gulp)
It’s kind of making trying high-intensity training seem way more appealing — new research shows it is possible to improve fitness in just three minutes of exercise a week.
As an aside, we change the clocks this weekend and spring forward — I only mention it as I know I’ve forgotten more than a few times.

Good luck on your run! 29K is amazing…you’ll whip through that marathon you’re training for.

Thanks! I hope you’re right! Didn’t get to train much in Feb so have to get back up to where I was.
