If you’re only having the occasional booty call, and exercising just as infrequently, this may in the short term increase your risk of heart attack.

That said, the risk, as discovered by an analysis of previous studies published in recent issue of JAMA, is small.

Still, an excellent reason to get busy in both ways on the regular.

Possessing “feminine” traits, such as sharing your feelings and reaching out to others, is also linked to living longer–for both  men and women.

Pick up the pace

Walk it out, and make it snappy: Women who usually walked at a brisk pace (defined as three miles per hour or faster)  had a 37 percent lower risk of any type of stroke and those who walked two or more hours a week had a 30 percent lower risk of any type of stroke, according to a study published in Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association.
