Fuel belt, sport beans, post-race salty snack, bib, sneakers, earbuds, running watch, clothes and socks–and four months of training complete (not to mention a kickass manicure)–yep, I’m all set.

    What a treat — to turn up to run north (uphill, ack) to two smiling faces with a banner in hand!!! You guys are the bestest!
