Exercise that fits your personality

2011 is the year you are going to get into the best shape ever, right? You’ve already committed to going to the gym regularly, after all.

That’s great–but only if you’re the gym type! Psychology research shows that you should be better able to stick to exercising if it suits your personality. Check out this LiveScience article to discover what type of workout may suit you best.

(BTW, that Oakley Stellar Tank above is one of my faves, and you’ll want it, too. Why? I swear that its flattering neckline, straps and seams instantly make me look slimmer without even having to work up a sweat.)
