Why you should exercise in the great outdoors

Exercising in a forest (or similar grassy and tree-filled area) is twice as beneficial for improving your mood and relieving anxiety than working out in a gym or indoor area is, says new research based on a survey of 2,000 people conducted by Glasgow University.
