To stretch or not to stretch

Research has been mixed about whether stretching before a workout is beneficial or harmful. New research, though, has found that it’s best if you keep it consistent–either commit to stretching before a run or don’t stretch pre-run; those who changed their routines were more prone to injury.

I recommend dynamic stretching as a great way to prepare the body for the physical activity!

I don’t stretch at all pre-run, but like to do lots of static stretching right after my run.
Also, gotta say, I enjoy the name of your blog. It’s really swell!
