Talk about your exercise plans

Seems that if someone were to ask you how much you plan to exercise in the next week, you’ll exercise more. Making this fitness prediction gets you thinking about what you should be doing, says new research from the Journal of Consumer Research. In one study, being asked about future fitness plans lead to 94 additional minutes of exercise that week compared to the 10 minutes the study participants had completed the week prior.
