Giveaway: 5 Passports to Prana!

May 10, 2011

Yoga enthusiasts, enter to win one of five Passport to Pranas that Health & Swellness has to give away!

If you live in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Vancouver, Victoria or Winnipeg, enter to win a Passport, which is one of the best yoga deals around.

Not familiar with Passport to Prana? Passport to Prana allows you to try one class in each of the participating studios in your city–and if you don’t win one through Health & Swellness, I highly recommend buying one for $20 to $30 (price varies per city).

Passport to Prana in Toronto is new and improved, too. The Passport is now good for twelve months starting from the time you activate it online. (If you live in the other Canadian cities, your program still expires by a certain date for your particular city, BUT if you win a Passport, you can hold onto it until the new annual session begins in your city and activate it then as the 12-month rolling expiry date will be coming into effect in these other cities, too!).

There are three ways you can enter (enter all three ways to increase your chances of winning!):

(1) Enter by emailing your name, address and phone number to healthandswellness@gmail.com (please put Passport to Prana in the subject line).

(2) Leave a comment on this post about why you should win one of these Passport to Pranas.

(3) Tweet a link to this giveaway (you must include the @healthswellness handle to ensure I see your tweet!). (you can always simply just retweet one of my tweets mentioning the giveaway, that counts as your Twitter entry, too!)

This giveaway closes at 12PM on Tuesday, May 17 , 2011, and is open to Canadian residents only. The five winners will be randomly chosen, notified by email, and announced on Health & Swellness.

I don’t know if this is a reason why I should win the passport, but I love trying new things and I’ve found with yoga that every studio is a different approach. I’ve tried a few around the city, but this will give me the excuse to continue to experiment with my yoga practice.

I’d love to win one of these Passport to Pranas because I had surgery last week and the surgeon said doing yoga is one of the best ways to heal my body!
    Great contest!

Too many rainy days here in Toronto have made for a soggy, unpleasant daily commute on the TTC… I could definitely use a little more “zen” in my life right now! :)
