Fitness Swellness: The 2014 Lolë White Tour
It’s time to put on your white yoga apparel again — the 2014 Lolë White Tour kicks off in April and makes five stops this year around the world.
The Lolë White Tour is in its third year and is meant to connect yogis–all dressed in white–in a unique experience that symbolizes peace. (I took part last year in the event in Toronto, which sadly, was cut short due to heavy rainfall).
This year, the five events will take place in museums, with up to 1,000 people taking part in a yoga class led by renowned yoga teachers and to the sounds of a symphony orchestra.
The dates and locations for this year’s Lolë White Tour:
- April 12, 2014 at the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya in Barcelona
- May 8, 2014 at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts in Montreal
- May 22,2104 at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City
- June 12, 2014 at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto
- July 2014 in Edmonton (location and date TBD)
