Fit at any age

While you can’t truly have the body of a 20 year old when you’re 50 (although there are certainly enough cosmetic procedures that’ll try to get you there) you can so be as fit as a 20-something when you’re 50 years old, according to a study conducted at K.G. Jebsen Center of Exercise in Medicine.
Fitness is determined more by your level of activity than your age, the study found.
(something I come across all the time — the grey haired folks outpacing me in a race, doh!)
Age gracefully? Sure, by working out a storm to maintain your health — that sounds like the best plan.
