Arch support
September 7, 2010
Been shelling out extra cash for running shoes designed to match your arch height? Fuggedaboutit–at least as it pertains to injury prevention. A study conducted with more than 1,300 Marines found that those given shoes with arches to support their low, high or normal arches did not experience fewer injuries when compared to the the control group who were given general stability runners.
