Your dietary supplements may be causing you to make unhealthy choices

More people are taking dietary supplements, but this doesn’t mean we’re becoming healthier.

A new study published in Psychological Science found that people who believe they’re taking dietary supplements start thinking they are healthier and therefore are less inclined to work out, will walk less and select less healthy food choices (a buffet over an organic meal).
