Well, this research finding just seems like a cruel joke, especially coming out just a few weeks into the new year when hordes of us have made a resolution to exercise more (making working out top of mind):
Just thinking about exercise may lead you to eat 50 percent more, according to researchers at Cornell University.
Uh oh. You may soon notice way fewer posts on Health & Swellness about fitness…

Hilarious. I think I’ll start doing 10 jumping jacks every time I read a post here about fitness…should balance it out!
