Liposuction does not last forever. A recent study conducted at the University of Colorado School of Medicine has found that fat comes back within one year after liposuction, redistributed to other areas of the body, the upper abs in particular (shoulders and triceps, too).

I knew somebody who had liposuction. Seemed to be in severe pain thereafter and then develop extremely erratic behaviour in the ensuing months and years.
People are always looking for a quick fix when what they need is the slow fix of a rigorous yoga practice.
