Style Swellness: Zara Home opens in Canada

Oh, Zara Home, how you taunt us North Americans with your pretty things. I always pop in when I’m in Europe and come across one of their locations, but don’t tend to buy anything as glass items are fragile to lug home and other items just seem heavy to pack (although that never stops me from buying shoes or clothes…).

Sound the trumpets now…because Zara Home has launched in Canada — yes, Canada gets Zara Home before the U.S.! Just opened this week in Toronto at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, with another store opening in Montreal at Carrefour Laval on August 29th, the chic home décor shop has so many covetable items, at affordable prices, too (just like their clothing stores!). Here are a few added to my shopping wishlist when i got a sneak peek the other day. I gravitated towards the home accessories more so than the textiles (except for the beaded pillow shown above, yowza, so pretty!). Oh, and here’s a reason to pop in regularly: new designs are shipped in twice a week.

Not in Toronto or Montreal? No problem — Zara Home online shopping in Canada also launched this week! So with a few clicks, adorable items such as these zippered pouches could be yours.
