You might want to tart it up to get some quality time in the bedroom.

Not in that way (put away that racy lingerie!). A new study published in the Journal of Medicinal Food has found that drinking tart cherry juice can help reduce insomnia symptoms and can reduce the amount of time spent awake after going to asleep by about 17 minutes.
