Minimize that muffin top

After a pretty indulgent week of eating in Montreal (bass served with creamy porcini risotto and truffle butter–loved, loved, loved this room-service dinner at the Westin; classic poutine at La Banquise; beef cheek bourguignon-style at Holder), I’m feeling a little doughy around the middle.
The best thing for me to sip, according to this new study, may be pomegranate juice; it may help reduce fat cells in the belly area.
(Oh, I forgot about a few Haagen-Daz ice cream bars….) (apparently I somehow feel that calories don’t count when I’m away from home!)
Let’s just say I’ve already added Pom Wonderful to this week’s grocery list.
