Make it hot and spicy if you want to slim down

Curbing your appetite may be as simple as switching to some spicier fare: a study from Purdue University found that sprinking cayenne pepper on foods decreased hunger for peeps who don’t normally eat spicy food, and increased core body temp and burned more calories.

And while we’re on the topic of spices, don’t forget that saffron can heat things up in the bedroom.
