“The last time I attended one of these workshops, I laughed till I cried and my belly hurt for days afterwards!” warns my friend Yumee.

Hold up– I can laugh my way to tighter abs? Shut the front door.

Yumee (who’s a yoga teacher herself and the creator of Passport to Prana) is referring to the Laughter-Meditation workshop that’s happening this Saturday at 6 PM at Buddha Body Yoga in Toronto. Led by New York-based meditator, laugh-master (how does one become an official laugh-master, I wonder) and cosmic musician Laraaji Nadabrahmananda, the two-hour workshop is aimed boosting the immune system, improving circulation and increase the rush of endorphins.
