The only vitamins and supplements I seem to manage to take regularly? Chewable ones. And if they taste like candy, pretty much never miss taking it daily.

Like Centrum Flavour Burst chews, which are now available in Canada. They taste a lot like a certain “taste the rainbow!” candy — yummy! And they have no gelatin, but most importantly they contain vitamins A, E, C, B6, B12, D, Biotin,  folic acid, zinc and more. And while I think you should focus on getting your vitamins and minerals from real foods, it’s good to have a backup to ensure you’re meeting the requirements your body needs.

    I’ve always wanted to try Pilates. I’ve done a lot of yoga and I ‘thought” I did Pilates but it was a replacement teacher and everyone in the class told me that it was nothing like Pilates!
