Get glowy skin through your diet

The best way to get all aglow isn’t from a tanning bed (and I seriously hope none of you partake in those, anyhow!) or a spray tan, but from your diet.

Research from the University of Bristol has found that people who ate a diet rich in fruits and veg had a natural healthy golden glow to their skin (and bonus, they were also considered more attractive to the opposite sex), one that was considered more attractive than the faux glow you’d acheive from products.
