Exercise for better night’s sleep

Want to have more quality snooze time? Who doesn’t, really?

Work out at least 150 minutes a week, says a new study to be published in Mental Health and Physical Activity. Exercising moderately to vigorously forĀ at least that amount of time weekly will bring about a 65 percent improvement in sleep quality (additional benefits include feeling less sleepy during the day).
