Don’t know about outwit and outplay, but Outlast all the way, baby

You know how Ashley Olsen will don Chanel when going to the Chanel fashion show? Well, I don’t own Chanel (but oh how I wish!) nor is Chanel showing at Montreal Fashion Week (make that wish #2!) but I figure I can at least wear the makeup being used, so I tested out the Cover Girl Outlast Lipstain and am hooked.

Last time I tried out a lip stain from another brand who shall remain nameless, it felt like I was rubbing a dried-out magic marker on my lips, and I got very little colour out of the tube. This Outlast version, though? Intense colour that lasts–a good thing for someone (moi!) who’s a bit lazy about reapplying her lip colour (if only I could be as dutiful about it as I’ve noted Beauty Geek Janine to be this week). I do find the format a tiny bit drying so I make sure to keep a lip balm on hand when wearing it.
