Sun salutations all weekend long

Get your asana into gear (sorry, couldn’t resist) and hit up the Toronto Yoga Show and Conference this weekend–it’s where you’ll find Health & Swellness trying to perfect her triangle pose.

For $15, you get access to the Show’s 39 yoga classes taking place in the Yoga Garden from Friday, March 26th until Sunday, March 28th. (Or pop into any Toronto location of Lululemon to pick up a free show ticket, while supplies last).

More serious yogis and teachers in training will want to get your limber selves to the four-day Conference where there are 130 workshops to choose from (Conference sessions start from $46).

As for what to wear to practice, we’re loving some of spring’s cheap & chic options in yoga essentials. Health & Swellness’s top picks:

From left: Old Navy racerback active tank, $17.50; Joe Fresh joggers, $19; ROHO by Thermos water bottle, $17.
