Cold winter running

I’ve been using the cold weather as an excuse to run less and less often — it is so very easy to convince myself that it makes more sense to stay warm and cozy at home than to pull on proper gear and head out for a few k. From my regular three times weekly, it’s dwindled down to twice a week (with one measly run last week).

And so I’ve been on the hunt for gear that’ll keep me toasty during winter runs so that I have no excuses and I came across this incredible sale at uniqlo.com. Until Dec. 24th, their Heat Tech line is on sale (with camisoles as low as $7.90 US), and at those prices, it doesn’t even truly count as “shopping” as far as I’m concerned. (Did I  mention that shipping is free?)

They’re out of my size in the leggings (it’s my legs that tend to get the coldest) so I haven’t ordered anything yet, but check out the sale for yourself — there’s still lots of sizes (and I love the vibrant colours available).
