Healthy beauty sleep
Hit snooze on your alarm clock: There’s now research that proves sleep does make you more beautiful: in a study conducted in the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, people were asked the rate the looks of men and women in photographs. The photos were taken under controlled conditions, however two photos of each person were taken–both after a good night’s sleep and after a night lacking zzz’s. Those pictures of people who’d had some restful zzz’s were largely rated as more attractive and healthier.
