Travel Swellness: TORONTO magazine 2016

IMG_1142

I’m usually writing travel articles on destinations I visit, but towards the end of last year, I wrote two pieces on the city I know best: Toronto. I’ve been here since 1999 and I’m much more familiar with it than my hometown of Montreal.

One article focuses on film fests in the 6, and the other is on cool neighbourhoods (Toronto is a city of neighbourhoods, after all) that you can check out via the TTC.

Look for a complimentary copy in during your next hotel stay, or you can read it online at SeeTorontoNow.com or request a free copy here.

Fitness Swellness: I’ve joined iRun magazine

FullSizeRender (40)

Excited to announce that I’ve joined iRun as the magazine’s Editor-at-Large! I have a Health & Swellness page (or two) in each issue where I’ll chat new gear or just anything cool (race destinations, fitness tools, etc.), and will be contributing towards other stories, too, including an exciting shoot for the next issue.

You can pick up a complimentary copy of the magazine at most independent running stores across Canada, or look for it at your next race expo — like at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon expo! (and iRun will be hosting a party immediately after the race at Steam Whistle Brewing, so pencil in popping over for a beer after crossing that finish line).

The September issue is fresh off the presses, be sure to check it out!
