Health-boosting tomatoes
This goes out to all the tomato haters out there–you may want to start eating more of this veg (yes, I know technically it’s a fruit) asap:
A review by the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine has found that eating more lycopene-rich tomatoes makes you healthier and cut the risk of osteoporosis, cancer and cardiovascular disease.
