Stressed at work? Take some vitamin B

Stress at the office at an all-time high? Scarf down some Nutella. Or a steak will do, too.

A Swinburn University of Technology three-month trial has shown that vitamin B helps to reduce work stress by almost 20 percent.

Hence my suggestion of Nutella or steak (both contain vitamin B). Or you could, you know, try supplements. Having some Nutella or a big ol’ striploin in your cubicle seems so much more enjoyable, though.

    Nice article on stress and how b vitamins can help. I never thought about getting my b vitamins from nutella, but steak I can do.

    I’m (obviously) joking about aiming to get ones vitamins from Nutella, but I think you know that :)
