Healthy Swellness: Sodastream GIVEAWAY!

I go through ups and downs when it comes to hydrating well. I drink plenty of water when I run, but am not so great about hydrating any other time (even when I’m doing “well” that just means a couple of glasses of water). But what I have found to really help me is to drink carbonated water. And while I’ve had a nutritionist tell me to drink plain water is better, for me, drinking any water is better than none and so if it being bubbly is what gets me to drink water, then that’s what it is!

I have a Sodastream and love the convenience of it. It’s helped me drink soft drinks less often (I have them only as a treat when I’m out and stopped stocking pop at home years ago). If you recall, I partnered with Sodastream a couple of years ago.

Besides helping me drink more water, I love the cocktails you can make with it, too, like this Raspberry Rosé Punch!

    Definitely not enough. Sometimes just 1-2 glasses

    I try to get in 2 litres but am usually closer to 1 1/2 litres

    Never enough! I aim for about 6 glasses a day

    I try to get 8 glass a day but I’m more like 5-6 glass a day!

    Hi Karen
    I am a runner cyclist and swimmer so I drink at least 3 ten ounce bottles of water plus 3 8 ounce glasses of water a day. The soda stream sounds like the answer to my water drinking prayers because it would allow me to make the most interesting drinks!! Cheers to SODASTREAM

    With my hot flashes I am drinking more water usually 2 large containers at work and 2-3 glasses at night feels like I am always thirsty

    I drink a lot of water! 5 or more at work and usually a few litres when I get home.

    I am always trying to drink more water but I really don’t know how much I drink in a day.

    About 8-10 glasses a day if not more. It is a big part of my daily intake. A sodastream would be a fantastic addition to our home.

    I currently drink probably 6-8 glasses of water a day, but my kids could definitely use some more water so this would be great for them so I could help them cut back on their sugar etc. (instagram – andrea_hockeygirl)

    I drink 6 – 8 ounces of water a day. I keep a bottle beside me at all times so it reminds me to keep drinking.

    I don’t drink enough water. Maybe 4 glasses a day.

    I drink at least a litre per day, especially at work. I’m an elementary teacher, so I need to constantly be high energy, always talking! My mouth gets so dry if I don’t hydrate regularly. Our building has poor ventilation too, so I’m often pretty parched by the end of the day, even after guzzling down my giant 1.5L bottle!

    Currently I am managing to drink at least a 4 cups of water and am trying to increase that. Having tasty drinks would make a big difference
