Fitness Swellness: Nike+ Fuelband SE

One fitness motivator tool I use? Nike Fuelband. I don’t use wear it 24/7 — I go through phases of wearing it daily and then not putting it on for a week or two (and that’s really mostly based on if it’s charged or not — I forget to charge it sometimes and then it ends up on my nightstand for days before I remember to charge it).

When I do wear it, though, the Fuelband does sometimes get me walking more than I already do, or to fit in a quick workout at the end of a day when I’m near my daily Fuel goal. (For me, the Nike+ Running app is my usual go-to since I run typically three times a week).

Now, just released: the new and improved Nike+ Fuelband SE. SE stands for Second Edition in case you were wondering. So how  has it changed?

  • You can now track how much Fuel you earn for specific sessions whether it’s your morning run or your dance class.
  • You can create groups and share your workouts with friends — which means you can set up challenges that you work towards together as a group, or even just cheer each other on.
  • Wear your Fuelband as your watch? With the new SE you can simply double-tap to get the time of day rather than scrolling through the different modes in the first version of the band,
  • SE tracks the rate at which you earn Fuel; this way you can monitor the intensity of your movement and maximize your movement through the day to help you reach your Fuel goal faster.
  • And it comes in black but now also in fun sport pack colours: Volt, Pink Foil and Total Crimson (my fave is the Total Crimson I’ve got on above!).

So lots of changes for the better! I’m still familiarizing myself with the SE but I noticed the battery lasts longer, and I do like the Time displayed with the double click. And it’s a good conversation starter btw — when you see another Fuelband wearer, it’s like your part of the club.

And Torontonians, here’s something to get your competitive spirit going: the most active Canadian city in terms of Nikefuel? Brampton with an average fuel burned per active day of 3,519. Toronto ranks third at 3,359! What up with that, T-Dot?! Let’s get moving!

Nike Fuelband SE. $149.

Most toilets will have a waterline that is etched into the
tank wall to help as a guide. ” In little time at all, the completed washing was spinning away drying in the only dryer, I was standing under a well eared hot shower giving myself a good rubdown. Simply feed the auger into the pipe until the snake meets the obstruction.

Walking is wonderful exercising on the HCG eating plan. Just because HCG drops cost
more does not mean that they are better than the more reasonably priced product that can be as much
as half the cost. You can also select between the regular and the
    silver plan.

Here are a few very big secrets every thinking carp angler who
wants to keep ahead of the crowd needs to know. Cooking and Picking Crabs Before cooking, rinse crabs in freshwater,
making sure they are all alive. There are still unspoilt regions, but a lot of it
is more like an open plan zoo that is not well maintained.
