6 tips for training for your first marathon

73 days til race day. And I haven’t touched my sneakers in over a week (gulp). Not out of laziness or lack of motivation, February’s just been write-off in terms of marathon training (an eye infection and a cold and cough — yippee!). Fingers crossed I feel well enough to start again this week.
