My lady fingers

Something about my fresh new manicure from Tips Nail Bar–it’s OPI Axxium mani in Dulce de Leche with half moons in Chanel’s Gold Lamé–makes me feel oh so very sophisticated. Like a proper lady.

And it’s also making me crave Almond Roca big time.

(my apologies for the blurry manicure shot–I’m apparently still incapable of snapping a clear shot of my own hand).

Ooooh, pretty! Your nails, too! (I looove Almond Rocca. Almost never eat it because once the tin is open, it’s a done deal. Can’t stop!)

LOL! You know, if I had made the Almond Roca connection before I chose the colours, then I mighta done something else — because now for three weeks I will be craving Almond Roca! Unless, of course, I scarf down a whole tin (I’ll call ya to split the tin if I pick up one!).

BTW, you gotta give me a tutorial on how to snap a nice clear pic of my manis!

I am head over heels with my nails!

So I got the price info for you from Tips Nail Bar:

It’s an OPI Axxium manicure, which costs $50.

There is no extra charge for the half moons (which is done with regular nail polish–which means you can remove the half-moons with the regular nail polish remover you use at home if you get tired of the half-moon look, but your Axxium manicure colour stays put! Nifty, eh?).

The OPI Axxium manicure will last you about 3 weeks. Removal must be done in a salon–do NOT peel it off (as I did once…bad, bad move). Removal costs $5 if you’re getting another Axxium manicure that day; or $10 if you’re just having the Axxium completely removed.

Budget about 1 hour and 15 minutes for your Axxium manicure with half-moons.

Do go to Tips Nail Bar. You will fall in love with your nail job, I promise!
