Thank you The Hungry Southerner for bringing Bacon Marmalade to Health & Swellness’s attention. Now this looks like it’d be the perfect complement to buttered crepes with caramel peaches (perhaps spread on a plain scone to give the tastebuds a break from the sweet fruit?)–and I just so happen to be planning a trip to NYC. I’ll definitely have to head on over to Williamsburg to pick up a jar or two at Whisk.

I’ll be in NYC in a few weeks and have already told my girlfriend we will be stopping by to pick up a jar, it’s a must :)
