Could Facebook help save your life?
Perhaps. Seems that an active social life (that is, actually getting together with friends and family, or at the very least staying in touch by talking on the phone or via email, or Facebook I am presuming–as long as you’re actively using the social networking site to stay in touch with everyone) may help battle cancer. The study published in the journal Cell found that tumours in diseased mice reduced in size when the mice were in contact with many other animals.
