Bicycling may be what you need to control your weight, ladies, says a study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine. Walking helps, too, but only if you’re going at a brisk pace.
P.S. Kinda wishing I had a valid reason to ditch my current bike helmetsĀ so I could replace it with this super cute, Missoni-esque one from Nutcase.

I know! I need to stop looking at it because THREE helmets would be excessive for someone like me who only bicycles occasionally!
