Yonge-Dundas Square just about the last place you expect to find some zen? Well, head there Monday, June 21st, as  Spynga is hosting Elevate to Exhale (an all-day yoga celebration in honour of the summer solstice).

Leave your mat at home if you’d like and borrow one of the 100 mats Lululemon has loaned for the event. Plus, look forward to shaken green teas and the like from Starbucks, and SmartWater to hydrate post-class.

Here’s the full schedule for Elevate to Exhale: 

9 a.m. Lululemon Goal Coaching session; event kick-off, vendors open on site.

10 a.m. Namaste summer solstice vinyasa yoga with Spynga’s Sari Nisker

11 a.m.  Lululemon Goal Coaching

Noon  Lunchtime power hour yoga and dharma talk on finding stillness daily in a fast-paced world with Jeannine Woodall

1 p.m.  Holistic Health Care Practitioner, Tara Antler discussing the impact of yoga, community and health and wellness

2 p.m.  Vinyasa yoga flow with Lisa Barkin

3 p.m.  Lululemon Goal Coaching

4 p.m.  Yin Yang yoga flow with Tracey Belanger Soghrati

5 p.m.  Lululemon Goal Coaching

6 p.m.  Sunset rejuvenation and groove celebration with Corinne Penstone
