“Sparkle is a state of mind,” is what accessories designer Tarina Tarantino told me a few weeks ago when I met her at Sephora (she was in town to launch her new cosmetics line).
Her goal for the line? “To make women feel inspired, adventurous and happy.” Get started by pinning this pretty bloom from the new collection in your hair, on your clothing or wherever you chic ladies please — there’s no need to wait until May for April showers to bring flowers. Sparkle on, girls, sparkle on.
