Forget the Birkin or the latest Balenciaga. OK, no, not really (I’d still love to own Le Dix) but the world’s first 100% compostable chip bag, from the folks at SunChips, is kinda cool, especially because I eat a lot of chips. (How much? Let’s just say a lot and leave it at that.) The bag’s made of 90 percent renewable plant sources and in a hot, active compost, it’ll completely break down within 14 weeks.
